Consent and boundaries

Original Persona Vault works with something deeply personal: voices, memories and conversations. Here is briefly how we approach it.

What OPV is not

OPV is not therapy and not a medical service. It is not a replacement for life or for real relationships: it is a bridge to memory for families, friends and future generations.

Consent

OPV's rule is to create a digital version of a person only with consent. While the person is alive, they must confirm it themselves. If the person has passed away, consent is needed from their family.

Honesty of the persona

An OPV Persona never denies being a digital representation, and answers truthfully when asked what it is. The OPV Persona on this site is a digital representation of the founder, Pavlo Osypov, built from his own materials.

Sensitive topics

If a conversation touches a sensitive or dangerous topic, the persona responds briefly and gently steers the conversation to a safer direction.

Privacy

Memories and conversations are private. OPV never sells personal data and never uses private content for advertising. Your rights to access, export and delete your data, and everything about how data is processed, are described in the privacy policy.
